BeWell'r is built on a published idea, not a slogan.
Paneugenesis — the intentional creation of conditions that generate widespread benefit; creating better futures, on purpose — was introduced by Craig M. Becker, PhD, in Frontiers in Public Health (2026). The paper sets out the theory itself: why wellbeing is something to be generated rather than merely protected, and how conditions, not willpower, are the raw material of better outcomes.
If you want the depth behind everything on this site — the reasoning underneath the GPS metaphor, the Method, and the +3 idea — this is the place to go. We keep our own explanations deliberately plain; the paper is where the full argument lives.

Grounded, not hype — this is the ground.
