The research surface

The platform operationalizes paneugenesis (Becker et al., Frontiers in Public Health, 2026) as a daily practice: a structured self-assessment across seven areas (the SWPS), a daily planning and reflection rhythm, and a standard that measures each action by its benefit to self, others, and environment, at the same time.

For a researcher, that makes it a concrete implementation of a salutogenic, condition-creating model, one whose components are named, repeatable, and observable in practice. Each element traces back to the published framework, so what the app does and what the theory claims are the same thing. The evidence base lives on the Research page.

Engaging with the work

The team welcomes serious engagement: methodological questions, collaboration proposals, and critique. Paneugenesis is stated as a testable hypothesis by design, and the invitation is open to help build the evidence base.
